And this might just be the diet with good fat you are missing to help you slim down. But that too comes with caveats.
Even though Avocado is high in fat and calories, it comes with monounsaturated fat which is actually good fat. Additionally it is rich in fibre as well as Vitamin E. Several research and studies into the health benefits of this superfood Avocado indicate that it helps to lose weight, maintain body mass index (BMI) and cut off extra belly fat. One reason is it being incredibly satiating and filling which keeps you away from intermittent hunger by controlling your appetite.

If you have never ever had Avocado in your life, chances are you won’t like its taste at all or you might just fall in love with its tasteless taste. Trust me, it doesn’t have that “descriptive” taste. Make sure you are not allergic to Avocado. And don’t overeat it. As long as you are having it in moderate quantities, you need not worry.
